35m2 apartment is located on the first floor, in a 4-storey building.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high-quality standard.
The entrance metal door is equipped with security alarm. There are double-glazed windows, good furniture, bathroom ware. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things and isolated from the room.
The room has a double bed, which if necessary can be divided into two single beds, a folding sofa bed, a large wardrobe, bedside tables, and TV with cable channels.

The Guest confirms his order for booking of the cottage by transferring the advance rent payment of 50% of total cost.
CR specified in the Tariff Table includes VAT, resort tax & our company invitation letter for Latvian visa issuance.
CR includes basic sleeping accommodations. The bedding, linen and towels for the sleeping accommodations are included.
CR includes public utilities and apartment maintenance fees: electricity, water, gas, Internet, satellite TV, burglar alarm, use of the fenced parking, territory maintenance and garbage collection.
Room price listed per night. Check-in time 16:00, check-out time 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out - upon availability.
